The Story of Rosa Fresca

Family Owned

Rosa Fresca was conceptualized by Stonie and Dove Roman in 2020. After a summer of traveling the European coast, enjoying the food, destinations, and overall culture, the mother-daughter duo decided they had something new to bring to the culinary world! After closing their first Rosa Fresca Tuscany location, established in 2021, they purchased a small store in the heart of London they went to work building Rosa Fresca Café! It was an exhausting six months, but by April 2022 the doors to Rosa Fresca were flung wide open once again for everyone to enjoy their new found delicious cuisine!

The following year, the culinary geniuses decided to take a short break and focus on their craft. Dove returned to culinary school to study different fusions of flavors to better the cuisine for their future restaurants and Stonie settled in the country side for a short time, making her own wine and revamping Rosa Fresca's in house wine recipe.

Soon, Stonie jumped back on the saddle and started planning Rosa Fresca's next big opening. Although Dove was still studying flavors abroad, Stonie decided to open back up in April of 2024, andshe did just that. A new location where it all started... Italia!
